About SupportGrove
SupportGrove is a peer support community hosted on a secure digital platform.
A safe authentic connection to our peers is a primary indicator of wellness. However, the shame, isolation, and social stigma surrounding many common adverse experiences prevent us from connecting when we need it the most. Our primary mission is to connect people who are navigating similar challenges. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to share their journey, to find support, and to offer guidance and encouragement to others.
Our long term mission includes: eliminating the stigma, judgment, and misunderstandings around mental health, addiction, trauma and more; reducing adversity-based isolation; addressing the systemic sources of psychological harm (familial, communal, organizational, and cultural); and disrupting the cyclical nature of generational and collective trauma.
We are partnering with tech experts, community organizations, peer support professionals, and mental health practitioners to establish a free, secure, anonymous, trauma-informed, easily accessible community for exploring individual and collective healing.
